Refund & Returns Policy
At Claridi, we take product quality, safety and hygiene seriously.
Because the Clarity Botanical Inhaler is a personal-use wellness product that comes into close contact with the nose, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind once the product has been opened, used, or the safety seal has been removed.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Products
We will gladly provide a refund or replacement if your product arrives:

damaged or dented;

faulty or defective;

missing its botanical formulation;

leaking or otherwise unusable;

incorrect or not as ordered.
To be eligible for a return, the product should be unused and still have its safety seal intact. Please email us within 14 days of receiving your order with your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can assess and resolve it promptly.
Hygiene & Safety
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of inhalers that have been opened, used, or had the safety seal removed, unless the product is faulty or otherwise fails to meet consumer guarantees under Australian Consumer Law.
How to Request a Return

photos of the product, packaging and safety seal.
Once your return request has been reviewed, we will let you know whether a refund, replacement or other remedy applies.
Purchases From Stockists or Third-Party Retailers
If you purchased your Clarity Botanical Inhaler from one of our approved stockists, retailers, pharmacies, wellness clinics, or another third-party seller, please contact the place of purchase directly for any return, refund or exchange request.
Each stockist manages their own sales, payment processing and return procedures.
If your product appears to be faulty, damaged, missing its botanical formulation, or otherwise unusable, we still want to know. Please contact us at admin@claridi.com with:

your proof of purchase;

the name of the stockist or retailer;

photos of the product, packaging and safety seal;

a brief description of the issue.
Where appropriate, we may work with you and/or the stockist to help resolve the matter.
