Terms of service
The Claridi Habits Hub Terms
The Claridi Habits Hub is Claridi’s digital education and habit-support platform. It may include guided habit resources, reflection prompts, audio or written content, digital tools, community features, challenges, programs, courses, or member-only materials.
By accessing the Claridi Habits Hub, you agree to use it for your own personal, non-commercial use only.
Educational and Wellbeing Information Only
The Habits Hub is designed to support personal reflection, habit formation and general wellbeing. It is not medical advice, psychological treatment, mental health care, diagnosis, therapy, or a substitute for support from a qualified health professional.
If you are experiencing a medical or mental health concern, please seek advice from an appropriately qualified professional. If you are in crisis or need urgent support, contact emergency services or a crisis support service in your location.
Access and Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure. You must not share, transfer, sell, copy, reproduce, distribute or commercially exploit any Habits Hub content without our written permission.
We may suspend or remove access if we believe an account is being misused, shared, used unlawfully, or used in a way that breaches these Terms.
Subscriptions, Billing and Cancellation
If the Habits Hub is offered as a paid subscription, your subscription will continue for the billing period selected at checkout unless cancelled in accordance with the cancellation instructions provided.
You are responsible for cancelling your subscription before your next billing date if you do not wish to continue. Once cancelled, you will usually continue to have access until the end of your current paid billing period, unless otherwise stated.
We will aim to make subscription pricing, billing frequency and cancellation steps clear at the point of purchase.
Digital Products and Refunds
Due to the digital nature of the Habits Hub and the immediate access provided to member content, refunds are not generally provided for change of mind, unused access, failure to participate, or forgetting to cancel a subscription.
This does not limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law. If the Habits Hub does not meet applicable consumer guarantees, you may be entitled to a remedy.
Community Standards
If the Habits Hub includes a community, group space or interactive feature, you agree to participate respectfully. You must not post or share content that is abusive, discriminatory, unlawful, misleading, harassing, defamatory, unsafe, promotional without permission, or otherwise harmful to other members.
We may remove content or suspend access where we believe these standards have been breached.
Changes to the Habits Hub
We may update, change, add to, pause or remove parts of the Habits Hub from time to time. We will aim to ensure that any changes do not materially reduce the value of a paid membership during the current billing period.
Intellectual Property
All Habits Hub content, including text, audio, video, worksheets, frameworks, prompts, images, branding and program materials, is owned by or licensed to Claridi. You may use the content for your own personal use only. No rights are transferred to you by accessing the Habits Hub.
Results and Personal Responsibility
The Habits Hub is intended to provide support, structure and guidance, but your results may vary. Habit change is personal and depends on many factors, including your circumstances, consistency and individual needs. We do not guarantee any specific outcome, result or transformation.
